Ein Abend für alle, die Sushi lieben oder es selbst ausprobieren möchten: Gemeinsam bereiten wir verschiedene Sushi-Varianten zu, von Nigiri über Maki und Uramaki bis zu Hosomaki und Futomaki. Gefüllt wird mit Klassikern wie Lachs, Thunfisch, Garnelen oder vegetarischen Zutaten. Dazu gibt es praktische Tipps zu Reis, Nori, Wasabi und dem richtigen Rollen.
