DESCRIPTION:['This workshop focuses on the iconic dishes that made Indian 
 cuisine famous worldwide - rich\, comforting\, and deeply satisfying.\\n\\
 nTogether\, we will prepare Butter Chicken\, tender chicken pieces in a cr
 eamy tomato sauce with mild spices. Smooth\, slightly sweet\, and indulgen
 t. Alongside it\, we will make Nann\, a soft\, warm flatbread baked at hig
 h heat\, with a lightly crisp exterior and a fluffy\, airy centre. We pair
  these with a refreshing Lassi\, a yoghurt-based drink and Lachha Pyaaz\, 
 an onion salad\, which balances the richness of the meal.\\n\\nThe focus i
 s on technique - how to build flavour\, achieve the right texture\, and re
 create restaurant-quality dishes in your own kitchen with confidence. The 
 course is held in English. The instructor can also answer your questions i
 n German.\\n\\n❕ The costs for the ingredients used (14.00 Euro) are inc
 luded in the course fee. These will not be refunded in case of a short-ter
