DESCRIPTION:['This limited-edition workshop is inspired by traditional Ind
 ian temple cuisine\, where food is prepared with fresh\, seasonal ingredie
 nts and deep cultural significance.\\n\\nPumpkin plays a central role in a
 utumn rituals across India - symbolising abundance and warmth. We will sta
 rt with a pumpkin-spiced Chai Latte\, then make Poori-light\, puffed fried
  flatbread-served with a sweet-and-sour pumpkin and black chickpea curry (
 Khatta Mitha Kaddoo with Kale Chane). This dish balances sweetness\, acidi
 ty\, and spice in a uniquely Indian way.\\nTo finish\, we prepare pumpkin 
 Kheer\, a delightful\, creamy pudding enriched with milk\, fragrant spices
 \, and slow-cooked pumpkin.\\n\\nThis is a seasonal\, rarely offered menu 
 that connects food with tradition\, ritual\, and the rhythm of the year. T
 he course is held in English. The instructor can also answer your question
 s in German.\\n\\n❕ The costs for the ingredients used (10.00 Euro) are 
 included in the course fee. These will not be refunded in case of a short-
