DESCRIPTION:['This workshop explores dishes from India’s long and divers
 e coastline\, where coconut\, aromatic spices\, and fresh ingredients crea
 te unique\, unforgettable flavours. Together\, we will prepare a complete 
 meal that is easy to recreate at home.\\n\\nWe will start with Basmati ric
 e - fluffy\, fragrant\, and the foundation of many Indian meals\, then a v
 ibrant beetroot Pachadi (a fresh salad with coconut and yoghurt) to add co
 lour\, mild sweetness\, and acidity.\\nThe highlight is Meen Moilee\, a de
 licate fish curry cooked in coconut milk with turmeric\, curry leaves\, an
 d green chillies . mild\, creamy\, aromatic\; very distinct from heavier N
 orth Indian curries found in restaurants.\\nTo finish\, we prepare Shrikha
 nd\, a chilled yoghurt dessert flavoured with saffron and cardamom - light
 \, velvety\, and subtly sweet.\\n\\nThe menu is paired with a glass of cri
 sp white wine to elevate it further. The course is held in English. The in
